Reception (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire reception area and for looking after our guests. On the phone you represent the company professionally to the outside world and give our national and international customers initial information. Processing incoming mail, filing, sending customer mailings and processing repairs round off your job profile. In addition to having completed commercial training, you have good written and spoken English skills. Working with common MS Office programs and a modern ERP system will not cause you any problems. Furthermore, you have a friendly and binding demeanor, combined with a well-groomed appearance.

Customer Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent and competent advice and support of a defined group of our international customers and efficiently handle the preparation of offers, order entry, deadline tracking and dispatch preparation. You have a commercial education, good ERP and very good knowledge of English. Experience in customs is an advantage.

Goldsmith / chain goldsmith (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes all typical goldsmith activities. Ideally, you have completed goldsmith training in the field of chains and are used to high-quality work.

Setter for polishing robots and jewelry-specific machines (machine/plant operator (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring our polishing robots, chain cutting machines and assembly machines. A high level of technical understanding and ideally experience with mechanical production of jewelry or in a similar field are an advantage. You may have gained initial experience in implementing, running in and optimizing programs - but you will receive comprehensive training and induction.

Mechanical and tool engineering / production (m/f/d)

You have a very good technical understanding and have learned a metalworking profession. You are experienced in the maintenance and/or adjustment of production machines and can develop and manufacture tools for technical/mechanical requirements. You also have CAD knowledge.

Mechanic for automatic Chain-machines / Precision mechanic (m/f/d)

You have learned a metalworking profession from scratch and have already gained experience in the maintenance and/or adjustment of production machines - preferably in the jewelery industry. You bring initiative and the ability to work in a team and like to actively participate in the permanent improvement of production processes. As part of an extensive training course in machine and tool construction, you will gradually get to know our wire chain machines in production.

Apprenticeship as goldsmith (Subject area jewellery chains) (m/f/d)

You are skilled in your handicrafts, are creative and enjoy working with different materials (especially precious metals) and techniques. You don't find it difficult to work hard and concentrate on making jewelry chains and parts. You form jewelry from sheet metal and wire, solder and work on surfaces. Our trainers guarantee a thorough training in a motivated team!

Apprenticeship as industrial clerk (m/f/d)

From the first minute of your practical training, we will involve you in the work of our commercial departments. This includes the areas of work preparation, purchasing, sales, human resources, finance and accounting. After your 3-year training as an industrial clerk, you will know all the commercial and business management areas of a company. To train as an industrial clerk, you must have completed an intermediate school leaving certificate at a secondary school, high school or technical school. It is important to us that your personal skills match the training and us as a company. This includes enjoying your work and the will to move things forward.
