Head of Quality Management (m/f/d)

Our long-time job holder is going into his well-deserved retirement. We are looking for you as part of orderly succession planning! You can expect the entire spectrum of quality management at a precious metal processing jewelry manufacturer. You are responsible for complaint management, the implementation of immediate measures, direct customer and supplier communication, and the support of external auditors as part of customer audits and regular extension audits in accordance with DIN ISO:9001. The constant updating and addition of all internal and external QM documents is also part of your area of responsibility. In addition, the quality control and approval of goods sold by the meter and finished goods as well as the cooperation with external laboratories including the commissioning of material analyses and technical material tests. You have adequate training in quality management and corresponding experience in this area - preferably in the second row. Knowledge of the jewelry industry and good written and spoken English skills are desirable. Comprehensive training by the job holder is guaranteed.

QM / incoming goods inspection and supplier complaints (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes incoming goods inspection also using the latest technology (tensile tests; X-ray), documentation of defects as well as communication with suppliers and definition of corrective measures. The support and administration of the collections including the creation of carnets round off your area of responsibility. Training as a goldsmith is an advantage, good written and spoken English as well as user knowledge of MS Office will make it easier for you to get started.

Deputy Head of Purchasing I Work Preparation (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as part of our orderly succession planning! After successful training, you will take over the deputy management of the Purchasing/Work Preparation department. You will work actively and significantly in the day-to-day business. Obtaining prices and the creation and calculation of raw materials and in-house manufactured items in the ERP system are among the tasks you have already carried out. You are responsible for ordering raw materials, auxiliary materials and supplies as well as investments and carry out system-supported invoice checking. You are also responsible for monitoring and managing all required supplier certificates (e.g. GHV, LLE, REACH), as well as dealing with customs issues (import). System-supported contract management is also part of your area of responsibility. Comprehensive training by the job holder is guaranteed - an experienced team will also be at your side.

Customer Support (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent and competent advice and support of a defined group of our international customers and efficiently handle the preparation of offers, order entry, deadline tracking and dispatch preparation. You have a commercial education, good ERP and very good knowledge of English. Experience in customs is an advantage.

Work preparation / production planning and control (m/f/d)

After completing a commercial and/or technical apprenticeship, you will ideally have gained knowledge in the precious metals or jewellery industry. The focus of work lies in the coordination and deadline control of internal production processes, as well as the monitoring of delivery dates from our suppliers. You form an important coordination and interface between production, work preparation and sales. The ability to work in a structured manner, organizational talent, good technical understanding, professional handling of a modern ERP system and good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.

Goldsmith / chain goldsmith (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes all typical goldsmith activities. Ideally, you have completed goldsmith training in the field of chains and are used to high-quality work.

Setter for polishing robots and jewelry-specific machines (machine/plant operator m/f/d)

You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring our polishing robots, chain cutting machines and assembly machines. A high level of technical understanding and ideally experience with mechanical production of jewelry or in a similar field are an advantage. You may have gained initial experience in implementing, running in and optimizing simple programs - but you will receive comprehensive training and induction.

Mechanic for automatic Chain-machines / Precision mechanic (m/f/d)

You have learned a metalworking profession from scratch and have already gained experience in the maintenance and/or adjustment of production machines - preferably in the jewelery industry. You bring initiative and the ability to work in a team and like to actively participate in the permanent improvement of production processes. As part of an extensive training course in machine and tool construction, you will gradually get to know our wire chain machines in production.
